MY THOUGHTS :

This has to be the Rolls Royce of padlock effects . First of all the lock is disguised in clever way so it looks like a regular lock you would buy at any hardware store . Inside it though is a very clever system that really makes this so easy to use .

You get the special lock with a link to a tutorial showing all you need to know from how to charge , how to use it etc .

There are some built in features so you know when to charge if the battery is running low and it has a standby mode so if you leave it on it won ' t drain the battery . This is particularly good if you are dong a full show and leave it on for 90 minutes .

This is a combination style lock so you have people try and open it , and have the numbers randomly called out - these are the numbers that will open the lock . The nice feature is that it can ' t be opened until you hit the remote .

You could use this by itself but I feel the way to use this is in conjunction with another routine . It may be a prediction chest and you get that added bonus of having numbers called out that match the padlock ' s number then pull out the prediction .

This could be done close-up if you have a ring or something important attached to the lock . For trade-show workers this could be a good routine to tie in a produce with and get several people involved .

This is charged via a USB port and is hidden by a cover of the lock . The charge lasts a long time but you want to make sure it is charged prior to performance otherwise you won ' t be able to use it . There are some fail safe ways to check so this should never be an issue .

While this son the higher end of the price rage I feel it is definitely worth it because you are going to want to use it in every show . I love the way it can involved several people and you can play this as big as you want . It can be combined with other tricks and built in to a really strong routine . It can be handed out and looks like a regular lock . A lot of work has gone in to producing this and it shows in the final product . A really nice feature is the 15 second option so once you hit the remote it can take 15 seconds to unlock . This way you do the operation prior to it unlocking and your hands are free . This offers some nice subtleties . Another really great way to open the lock is using an RFID card . This is something new and very clever way . Once again this opens up a variety of ways to open the lock without a remote . The card can be in your pocket , on a table etc . and even be incorporate in to anything from business cards to playing cards . Whatever your imagination can come up with .

A solid and extremely well build prop that is designed to work 100 % of the time without any worry and gets my highest recommendation .

Every Mobius Rising Card is hand-made .

The Rising Card effect is a century-old mystery . There are different versions of Rising Cards on the market , and many masters have their own variations . Today , we are working together with Chen Yang to present an improved and refined version of a classic method - The Mobius Rising Card !

Imagine that from a normal deck , the audience freely chooses one , or even multiple playing cards . The cards are then shuffled , and the selected cards rise from the center of the deck one by one . The deck can be placed into the card box , or a wine glass held by the audience .

While many versions of the Rising Card on the market require more or less complex setups , the Mobius Rising Card is unlike any version you ' ve seen before . It uses a gravity-structured gimmick to automate the effect , allowing the rising effect to be done multiple times in one routine . The most important thing is that the thickness of the gimmick is only 6 cards thick . With the gimmick placed in the center of the deck , it won ' t arouse any suspicion when you fan the cards .

MY THOUGHTS :

This is a modern version of a very classic effect that works in a similar way to the old Devano Rising Card but this is so much better and is so thin nobody will notice . This doesn ' t use a pin like the Devano deck so it makes it easier to do multiple cards . This version is custom made and is only about 6 cards thick . It is extremely well made and you could certainly add it to any deck at anytime . I like this because it is very well disguised and when I put it in with regular cards it certainly isn ' t noticed .
