What a month it ' s been with the major highlight attending the AMA & Magic Castle awards and receiving the Literary and Media Fellowship . Never in my wildest dreams did I ever expect to get any award for what I love doing so it came as a complete surprise and honor . It was made even more special as I shared the night with my 13-year-old son Jon-Paul who had a great time and know will never forget it and the kindness everybody we met gave him .

I ' m excited to share with readers the evening and the artists who appeared as well as the other recipients . You ' ll see why it was made even more special because of the venue .

Rahcel Ling Gorden is an 11-year-old who is already making a name for herself in the world of entertainment and it ' s exciting to share her story .
