Time …
… time has a value , our time has value , our contributors time , efforts and secrets has value . The layout doesn ’ t just happen by magic , words don ’ t simply appear on paper with the wave of a wand … VANISH requires a great deal of time and effort to be ready each month .
And on top of all this TIME during this TIME , with tensions running at a fever pitch there burst into our lives the call for senseless violence against African Americans to cease … which was about TIME this happened .
And what did VANISH do , we looked into
our own community of conjurors and realized that since this is and has been happening in the world around us throughout time , then it must also have infected the world of magic . So we reached out to our friends , fellow magi of color and asked them for their stories , which they gladly shared . Eye opening personal stories / experiences and observations which echoed the times . They shared their time with all of us … and its a must read . And hopefully , now that we have an inkling of their thoughts , maybe , just maybe the time will come when we are all treated as equals .
Therefore we at VANISH would like to take this moment to thank all of our contributors for their TIME , for their contributions ,
for their dedication to selflessly contribute to this international periodical . Without you , without your acts of kindness we would never be able to continue to provide what hopefully our readers feel , time and time again , delivers a high quality , cutting edge periodical to the World of Magic …
Let ’ s hope that by this TIME next year we find some semblance of normalcy , happiness , friendship and can look back on 2020 , and smile because we know we have survived and conquered one of the hardest times ever felt by the global community .
