This month we feature two great artists . Luis Carreon is a feature at the Chicago Magic Lounge , and thanks to Paige Thompson we get an exclusive story about the rise of an incredible magician . Our other feature artist is Grace Chang who is an award winning , successful magician , puppeteer , author , screenwriter , actor , director and producer of film and live performances . She executes and juggles all these careers with precision and an ability to make it look easy . Thanks to Connie Boyd for another exclusive interview with Grace .

Thomas Swieciak has an excellent with David Gatti about his career and what it is like being back on cruise ships . This is an eye opening article for those who might be thinking about getting on ships and how you have to adapt your performances . One thing is for sure it will never be the same again and travel has become much harder . Many countries are now looking at having Passports that show you are vaccinated , and if you want to cruise you will definitely need to have proof of this . My wife and I were talking about how travel has changed so much in the last few years . When we were traveling you just turned up to the airport and away you went .

This month I have taken a slightly different approach to the review section . I chose three incredible items that came in recently and wanted to give them the space they deserved . What I liked about each one of these is that they aren ' t mass produced and the creators have really taken care to make sure they have produced the best quality product they could . One is Hearsay by Ken Margoe and it is a revolutionary transmitting device for mentalists . Imagine being able to hear a message without wearing any kind of ear piece ! This is the type of thing you might see in a science fiction movie , but the reality is Ken has developed it for magicians . The other routine is by Martin Lewis and it ' s the Rolls Royce of this classic routine . Again he has hand crafted each piece and I know I ' m going to be adding it to my own show . The final effect is by Andreas Sebring and a new version of his Metal Writing work . Imagine having a prediction ENGRAVED on the back of a pocket watch . It could be ANYTHING a person calls out and the pocket watch is attached to your jacket the entire time . It makes me feel good to see creators really taking the time and pride in their work and I felt
