This month I get to feature one of my favorite comedy magicians Dave Merry . Dave is one of Canada ' s finest exports with his work taking him all lover the world . I first worked with him in New Zealand several years ago and he proved to be one of the highlights of the event . I can ’ t remember when I laughed so hard and was amazed at the same time . Since then , we ' ve worked together several times in Canada and each time he would knock the shows out of the ballpark . When it comes to FUNNY BONES Dave has it all .

FISM has just wrapped up a few days ago in Quebec and from all accounts it was a great success . While I couldn ' t be there in person , I was able to get reports from friends who were there , and from contributors who represented VANISH . During the next few editions , I will be sharing some of their adventures and thoughts on everything FISM , with LOTS of great photos . Connie Boyd shares her first FISM experience as a lecturer , and the women who helped change magic . We are so proud of everything she has achieved and is doing to promote such positive magic . I strongly recommend anybody organizing a convention or get together talk to her about giving her presentation .

This month we also highlight two of the most amazing magic products I ' ve ever seen ; Glyphs and TimeSmith . The power of these two tricks must be seen to be believed . Glyphys allows you to predict anything in real time , without any assistance and have it printed on receipts , lottery tickets , bus tickets , business cards or anything else where you can write something down . TimeSmith is the most powerful watch tool I ' ve used and combining both routines has created a truly memorable moment for my audience . Be sure to check out both highights this month .
