Encouraging other kids to follow their dreams and overcoming difficulties in life .

• I was diagnosed with severe anxiety disorder and selective mutism at 2 ½ years old . I could not speak a word outside of my home and was paralyzed by fear , so much so that I would freeze when people spoke to me . Performing became my therapy and I have come a long way since !

• I also face challenges due to my tactile sensory disorder , which makes styling my hair , putting on makeup and wearing non-cotton clothing or dresses a constant struggle . Despite these obstacles , especially as a performer , I am determined to push on and not give up !

• I hold dual citizenship in both America and Singapore ( acquired by descent until I reach the age of 22 ).

• My younger brother , Jared is a Math genius ! At just 9 years old , he is smart and sharp beyond his age !

Dream Encounter

My dream encounter came true when I met David Copperfield backstage after his show . To top it off , he generously invited my family & me to view his private museum and he personally guided us through the treasures . Afterwards , he gifted me a signed giant poster and honored me with these words : “ A rising star who inspires us all with her magic and extraordinary talents . I ’ m excited to watch her shine !” It was truly an unforgettable experience !
