EUGENE BURGER
LEGACY FUND
June 1, 1939 - August 8, 2017
Master Magician Eugene Burger touched the lives of
thousands of people -- and his teachings have reached
countless more. You can preserve Eugene's legacy
while helping hundreds of talented, dedicated magi-
cians learn the art and craft of magic at the School
Eugene most loved.
The Estate of Eugene Burger -- administered by
Michael Burke and Robert Charles in Chicago, and fol-
lowing Eugene's wishes -- has founded a special, new
Eugene Burger Legacy Fund at the McBride Magic &
Mystery School in Las Vegas.
Every dollar of your gift will help talented magicians
who need financial assistance learn from world-famous magicians and magic teachers
at the world's most important school for serious students of magic.
On behalf of the Estate of Eugene Burger and on behalf of the Faculty and Staff of the
Magic & Mystery School, thank you for honoring Eugene in this way -- and for making
a big difference in the life of a deserving magician who needs a hand to "grow in the
art of magic."

TAYLOR MARTIN'S INDY MAGIC
MONTHLY MOVES TO ITS NEW HOME ON
SEPTEMBER 5
Starting Tuesday, September 5, Taylor Martin
moves his long-running magic show, Indy
Magic Monthly to the Indy Eleven theatre
at IndyFringe. Indy Magic Monthly is the
longest running regular spin-off of the
IndyFringe Festival which started in 2005.
The opening show will feature an all-star
cast including Dayton, Ohio’s Matthew
David Stanley, known for his side-splitting
magic and comedy, and from Chicago,
a rising star of the Windy City, Patrick
Livingston. Patrick epitomises the new style
of magician that you see on the latest TV
magic shows. And finally, Peru, Indiana’s
Mentalist Jim Keplinger will be there to read
your mind in his own mysterious ways.
"We've loved our nine-year association with
Theatre on the Square, but it's time to move
into a new theatre purpose-built for magic.
The Fringe theatres host the January Winter
Magic Festival and with that comes the
ability to reach out to a wider audience who
love magic.” explained Taylor.
"I'll continue to host the shows and perform
a piece or two myself. We'll be able to attract
world-class magicians to a purpose-built
theatre ideal for showcasing magic,” says
Taylor. "I'm hoping for at least another 10
years of presenting great magic to the fine
folks of Indiana."
