" The best things about being back in Vegas are getting to drive my car with the top down , seeing my best friends play live music at the Sand Dollar , going to shows , eating the best vegan food at Crossroads , Black and Blue Diner and No Butcher , going for a matcha latte with my laptop at the cutest Japanese hidden café Gabi and catching up with friends either at game nights , the many ' industry parties ' or my local British pub ! In Vegas , there ' s always something going on ."
Creative Process : The Magic Behind Hollie England ' s Unique Performances
Hollie ' s creative process is a harmonious blend of inspiration , collaboration , and practical problem-solving . Whether she ' s brainstorming in the shower , on a tour bus , or during cocktail hour , ideas can strike anywhere . Often , she collaborates with fellow magicians like Bizzaro and Kent Axell to bring her visions to life . " I find once I start with the theme and effect , the floodgates of ideas open ," she says . Her acts are a testament to her artistic background and her drive to create something unique and memorable .
When asked about her creative process and what inspires her to develop unique and unconventional performances , Hollie shared , " I joined ' Champions of Magic ' with the least experience as a magician compared to my fellow performers , who had spent years perfecting their acts . Coming into magic later in life , I felt like I was playing catch-up , which motivated me to experiment , see what worked , and continuously improve my acts . I was driven to be GOOD , more than anything . Each iteration of my acts has brought me closer to expressing my true self , making performances more fun for me and more relatable for the audience .
